12 Week summer Program

Program Structure (invite only)

This 12-week program will begin in June.

From June - August, athletes will transition into on-ice skill development, delivered alongside continued off-ice training to support total performance and long-term athletic development.

Program Experience Includes

On-ice training to sharpen skills and performance — 2 sessions per week beginning in June. 3 sessions per week July - August
Off-ice training focused on strength, conditioning, and athletic development — 5 sessions per week June - August
Exclusive lululemon-branded program gear

Elite Recovery & Wellness Experiences, including guided yoga, contrast therapy, and premium recovery sessions, alongside elevated wellness and performance initiatives designed to support athletes both physically and mentally

Previous athlete experiences have included:

  • Sauna and cold-plunge recovery

  • Guided yoga sessions

  • Spin and Pilates training

  • Guided hikes

  • Tactical training day with the SWAT team

  • Sports-supplement education session hosted by GOODS

Parent Community Experience

Parents are invited to connect through a private wine mixer, previously hosted at Niche over the past two years.

**Final groupings will be assigned by the coaching staff at a later date, at their discretion, to ensure appropriate development and training environments for all athletes. Groups are limited to 15 per group.
