How long does the membership program run for?
The membership runs through March 15, with a 3-week winter break from December 15 to January 6.
How long are the calls?
Calls are 45-60 minutes, depending on your membership tier.
What does the Elite package include?
Weekly 1-on-1 Zoom development sessions, plus two 45-minute support team calls per month with parents/guardians.
Do I need a Zoom account to join the calls?
You don't need a paid Zoom account, a free Zoom login works fine. We recommend testing your camera and microphone a few minutes before your scheduled call to make sure everything's working.
How do I reschedule a call?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a call.
What is the cancellation policy?
The Development ($300) and Premium ($500) packages require a 3-month minimum commitment. The Elite ($1,000) package requires a 6-month minimum commitment.
What will show up on my credit card statement?
Charges will appear on your statement as "SHIFT27 ATHLETES."
