Our Spring Training off-ice program runs throughout the month of May and is designed to build strength, speed, mobility, and overall athletic performance heading into the summer.

Athletes will train 5 days per week with a structured, progressive program focused on movement quality, conditioning, and durability. This high-commitment block sets the foundation for peak performance and injury prevention.
