The 8-Week Women’s Only On-Ice Program is designed exclusively for athletes looking to elevate their game in a structured, high-tempo environment.

Over the course of eight weeks, players will train three times per week with a strong focus on skill refinement, game awareness, and efficient movement. Sessions emphasize puck control, skating mechanics, and situational execution ensuring athletes confidently transfer their off-season development onto the ice.

This program is ideal for players who want to stay sharp, build confidence, and continue progressing through the off-season.
